Working principle

Send materials by automatic→move the material into the heating furnace,after the material to sofe→take the material to forming area→the vacuum will auto start→open the fan to cold→separate the model and material→take the material out

5.       Transmission system:Adopt Japanese servo system and frequency conversion technology.The electic control to pull sheet,the horsepower is strong and pulls sheet length accurate(the precision about 1 mm),use the national patent technology of ‘pull a slice of structure’.The machine can will promise that it is accurate and stable while under high speed operation.Try its best to reduce the width of the edge to save the material.

6.       Vibrate to take off from mold:Can adjust 0~9 times,twice vacuum forming make sure the blister no transmutation and easy to break off from mold.
